About Us
We are a Melbourne-based, family-owned business that began our journey in replacing, and manufacturing glass in 1989 at Dandenong. We are ably guided by our Directors, Darren Pay and Justin Oakes who has over 40 years of combined experience in this industry.
Our customer-centric approach and our dedicated staff, who are accredited in windscreen installation and repair have helped us rise to become one of Australia's premier automotive glass replacement and manufacturing company. Many of our installers have been with us for several years, and abide by our philosophy of putting our customers first.
A1 Windscreens Now has Two Workshops
Majority of our installers are loyal to the company and have been with us for over 5 years plus , and abide by our philosophy of putting our customers first.
We have two purpose buil windscreen workshops, one in Hallam, near the Hallam Hotel, and the other in Pakenham, in the Mega Car Mart complex.
We also undertake window-tinting work, which is done by a meticulous installer, who is very particular about the finish of his work.

Both our service centres have comfortable waiting rooms where you can wait while we work on your vehicle.
